Hey everybody! We’re BACK! Finally! It’s hard to believe it’s been nearly 2 months since we’ve last served the fine (and hungry) people of Greenville. Our trip abroad helped us to accomplish what we’d hoped – we have been newly inspired to challenge ourselves as chefs and introduce you to unique flavors from world cuisines. We were reminded that our job is to provide you with the very best food possible without making a reservation. So, it is with great pride that we introduce our latest menu:
Tonkotsu Ramen $10
Braised Heritage Farms belly, house-made pork stock, shoyu dashi, udon noodles, mustard greens, green onions, hearts of palm, soy braised boiled egg, freshly ground black pepper
Banh Mi Xiu Mai $7
A different varietal of our favorite Vietnamese sandwich:
House made Heritage Farms pork meatballs, Swamp Rabbit Café baguette, fresh cilantro, house pickled shredded carrot and jalapeno, English cucumber ribbon, sriracha, mayonnaise
Lamb Pita $9
Yogurt marinated domestic natural lamb, eggplant and tomato bademjan, fresh mint, grilled onions, folded no-pocket pita bread
Beetroot Curry (Vegan) $8
Roasted red and golden beets, toasted mustard seed, curry leaves, house blend of spices, coconut milk, basmati rice
Okra (Vegetarian) $4
House pickled fresh okra, battered and fried, served with house-made Happy Cow buttermilk ranch
Green and Sunchokes (Vegan) $5
Roasted current green vegetable and sunchokes, simply seasoned, freshly grated horseradish/all-natural sour cream
